We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced *Accounts Executive* to join our team in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the *service industry* and possess strong accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping skills. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the company’s financial processes.

Preferred Candidate: Female
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Kakkanad are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support management by preparing financial reports and MIS as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
  • Experience in the Service Industry is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
